Congratulations to Sensei T.Rabino in his promotion to Roku-Dan (6th Degree) Black belt in
Shito-ryu. Through the WSKF and Japan Karate-Do Shito-Kai Japan, he would like to thank
all of the support in the martial arts community here in the USA and worldwide.

Congratulations to Waka Sempai Andrew McWatters, for placing 1st in the Senior Youth Brown
Belt Division. The karate tournament was at the New Phoenix Civic Plaza, and the Shiai was
promoted by Shihan Shojiro Koyama - JKA Western States Karate Championships. His progress
has been exceeding his performance over the years, thanks to his proud parents who are always
apart of his Budo progress. His father (Randy McWatters) a fellow karate-ka practitioner knows
the importance of basics, this is what makes Andrew an exceptional practitioner himself.
